This character is part of my old demo reel, and it was fully designed, modeled, lit, rigged, and animated by me. The main focus was on the rigging, developing a robust and flexible technical system for animation.
The rig includes advanced features such as:
- IK/FK systems for spine, arms, and legs
- Twist and non-roll setups in limbs
- IK/FK autosnap functionality
- Space switching with autosnap
- Squash and stretch switches
- Elbow and knee locking
- Secondary controls for bending and extra deformations
- Facial control windows and secondary face controls
- Sculpt-based corrective deformations
- Deformations based on joints, blendshapes, clusters, wires, and nonlinear deformers
